Christine and I are celebrating the Spring Equinox, which marks the beginning of Spring; from this day forward the day is longer than the night.

Nicky will guide a Spring practice to draw us out of hibernation and lift our energies.​ Lie back and enjoy a Yoga Nidra meditation, guided by Christine, and a blissful sound bath of singing bowls, koshis, wind shaker and tingsha bells. Let's sing into Spring!
