Are you struggling to get to sleep, waking in the night or finding your energy lacking during the day? This is a proven 5 step approach - no tech, no meds, no products - to get you back to your natural state of sleeping well at night and thriving during the day. The 5 steps are followed up two weeks later with a review and mentoring session to support you in creating sustainable change. You will shortly receive a Sleep Log to complete by our first session, in order to get a clear picture of your habitual sleep patterns and lifestyle. Cancellation Policy
Hi, Thanks for booking! Each session is 45 mins in duration as follows: Week 1 BODY plus 30min SIMPLE SLEEP SEQUENCE Week 2 ENERGY Week 3 MIND Week 4 EMOTION Week 5 SOUL Week 6 SUSTAIN - review and mentor session (2-3 weeks after Week 5) We'll start each session with a check-in on how your week's been, how you've slept and any questions you may have. If you have any health concerns, this is a great time to let me know (or by email beforehand). You will have received or shortly receive a Sleep Log to complete by our first session, in order to get a clear picture of your habitual sleep patterns and lifestyle.
