Service Description

A moving flow that invigorates your body and mind whilst resting attention calmly on your breath. Expect to feel relaxed through poses and breath work which align to the seasons and a touch of tai chi and qigong for optimal wellbeing. Pls arrive AT LEAST 5-10 mins before the start to give yourself time to get settled and avoid disruption to others.

Hi, Thanks for booking! Please arrive 5-10 mins early to get set up with your own mat, props and possibly a blanket for relaxation. If you are new to class please complete a joining form and read the disclaimer. If you have any health concerns or injury niggles please let me know before the start of the class via email or in-person. Do contact me on 07754 080300 by WhatsApp or text msg if you're unable to come to class, so that I know how many mats to lay out, and in case of a waitlist. Much appreciated. Let's yoga!!
