Nicky Dye is a certified 550 hour Strala Yoga Guide, who believes in guiding her clients to optimal health and happiness as naturally as possible.


Susannah Rickards teaches Creative Writing at Oxford University. Her short fiction has won national and international awards. She loves enabling students to trust and expand their own writing voice.
