February Half Term Newsletter

Spring is starting to show itself with the first crocuses and daffodils. We are poking our heads out of Winter, the period of maximum yin, and will start to feel and see evidence of rising yang. There is an upward energy determining growth and drawing us outside into lighter days, albeit cool from dusk 'til dawn. This transition tends to be erratic, with temperatures swinging from freezing to warm, often accompanied by gusty winds and rainfall. Some people find this weather exciting and exhilarating, while others find it disturbing. If you have an extreme reaction towards this transition to Spring, it may indicate your Wood is out of balance. With each seasonal transition, it is helpful to come back to the Earth Element to practice grounding and connection with nature.

Classes are available to book on the website now; please book online and then choose to pay on or offline (bank transfer). You may remember that I lost my voice during the first week of the year, so the half term classes will be free. If you're not around, simply pay £12 less in the next block. For your diaries, the term ends on 1 April and Easter Sunday is on 9th. There are no classes w/c 12 March.

Private and therapeutic classes continue through the holidays.

Therapeutic Yoga

If life is throwing challenges your way, physically, mentally, or emotionally, why not arrange a discovery chat to find out how I can help you. It's free to talk and there are many tools that I can share with you to improve your health and happiness, not just through a physical yoga practice.

Massage

I practice Thai Yoga Massage, Shiatsu (acupressure massage) and Myofascial Release. These are superb in balancing your energy and rejuvenating your soul. Check out my little video here: www.claygateyogaclinic.co.uk/massage.
