Weekly Class Schedule

I guide Strala Yoga because it feels great. People feel happy! They get super-healthy. They make their own rules, and their own yoga that suits their bodies and what they need in that moment. It spills out into their lives, because they are practising an extremely expansive, freeing, creative and intuitive movement style.

The magic is in the breath, movement, ease, and fun.

Strala Yoga is a way of being, moving, and healing, that helps people release tension and handle challenge with ease. When you find ease in effort, your body and life become very capable and strong. You become an expert at creating space in your life for peace, creativity, inspiration, and all-around feeling great.  Tell me more.

Seasonal Strala Flow is a flowing class, focusing on seasonal elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Strala Yoga.  It is designed to help people release stress, drop the busy-ness, and move more easily through all kinds of challenge.

Yin Yoga & Qigong is designed to inspire and relax your mind, body and soul.  A blend of gentle yoga, qigong, acupressure, tapping, yin and restorative yoga, and an extended relaxation with Yoga Nidra, prose or poetry.  This class is for you if you struggle with sleeplessness, or if you feel fatigued, overwhelmed, or are recovering from illness. Expect to sleep well afterwards.

In Teen Yoga classes, we move, breathe, journal and chill. Each week, we explore different aspects of yoga, gain strength and flexibility, and understand how to manage our emotions.  Life becomes easier this way.  Schools - please get in touch for Yoga for Wellbeing, and Yoga for Sport.

Classes are small and friendly, with max 7 yoga spaces.  Everyone is welcome.  Private Group Classes, One-to-One Health Support / Private Yoga Class are also available at a time and location to suit you.

Private Yoga Classes

Feel refreshed and rejuvenated in the comfort of your own home, garden or studio spaces in Claygate.

Q What is the difference between a private yoga class and therapeutic yoga?

A. A yoga class will relax you, de-stress you and improve your strength, flexibility and balance.  Therapeutic Yoga is designed specifically to meet a health need, be that physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.  Examples include yoga for mental health & wellness, yoga for long covid/fatigue, cancer, yoga for female health (menopause, healthy menstrual cycles and fertility), and yoga for sleep.

Private Yoga Class

I adapt the style of the class according to your wants and needs, and also mood and energy levels, so that you feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

Whether you would like a session for beginners, for the breath, to de-stress or to support your sport, or would simply like some quality me-time, I'm ready with a smile to guide you.

And because of this, my clients develop a healthy mindset to live with ease, connection and harmony.

I would love to talk to you to understand your goals and look forward to working with you.
