Sleep Pathway
Fixing your sleep is truly transformational.
Would you like to get to the bottom of your sleeplessness, and learn how to sleep better forever? We'll work together to explore the root cause and learn some insights and techniques that suit your lifestyle and personality, making them easy to integrate into your daily life.
This is a 5 Step Programme inspired by Yoga and Ayurveda - Body, Energy, Mind, Emotion & Soul. I also draw on ancient wisdom and practices, and the Chinese Body Clock.
Nicky trained with Lisa Sanfilippo at YogaCampus, to become a certified Sleep Recovery Teacher, and with Tiffany Cruikshank, founder of Yoga Medicine.

Mental Health Pathway
Are you struggling with stress, anxiety or depression, and/or emotional distress? Work with me and you'll quickly start to feel better.
This pathway focuses on mind, body and breath. The way we breathe is often at the heart of how we feel and thrive. We may use a Personal Stress Management Plan, Fit Circle or apply other frameworks.
I draw upon many different modalities from Eastern wisdom to modern science and psychology, tailoring the right approach for you.
Nicky trained in Mental Health & Wellness with Tiffany Cruikshank, Founder of Yoga Medicine and with Lisa Haley-Isley, tutor, supervisor, and mentor on the London based Yogacampus Yoga Therapy Diploma course.
For Teens
If you haven't been feeling happy for a while, or are feeling stressed or anxious, I can help you feel better again. I'm here to listen to what's going on, and to explain what's happening from a mind, body and brain perspective. Emotional distress can lead to self harm, depression and eating disorders; I can give you back control and purpose, so that you can feel happy again.

Stress, Burnout &
Resilience Pathway
I'm excited to share this brand-new, research-based pathway to help support & prevent burnout. We’ll use breathwork, restorative yoga, movement practices, meditation, acupressure, and Myofascial Release along with education and mindset shifts to help you create your unique toolset for working with and preventing burnout.
We’ll investigate physiological arousal and performance, the window of tolerance, symptoms & risk factors of burnout, the art of regulation & recovery, and the individual patterns & consequences of burnout on the brain. We will also examine active recovery strategies, tools for resilience, and lifestyle hacks throughout that serve to burnout proof for future health.
Nicky trained in Burnout with Tiffany Cruikshank, founder of Yoga Medicine and Diane Malaspina PhD Psychologist and Coach.
Cancer & Beyond Pathway
I'm here to support you in your journey to recovery and beyond, physically, mentally and emotionally, building up your strength, flexibility and spark. Practising yoga with a specialist yoga teacher has been proven to improve cancer outcomes and gives you agency in your recovery. I may also integrate modalities with my partner practitioners in nutritional therapy, life coaching, trauma release exercise and EFT (Tapping).
Nicky is a certified Yoga for Cancer Teacher and trained in Yoga for Cancer/Breast Cancer/Early Menopause with Jenni Stone, founder of Yoga for Cancer Academy.


Female Health Pathway
Cycles - Fertility - Menopause
This is for:
1. Women* who would benefit from getting their monthly cycle more regular and pain free.
2. Women who would like to start or expand their family and would like some support to regulate their hormones and monthly cycle in order to conceive; this is a great programme alongside fertility treatment to optimise a successful outcome.
3. Women aged 44 to 55 who are struggling with peri/menopausal symptoms and want to have more energy and less hot flushes, and other symptoms.
Nicky trained in Female Health with Tiffany Cruikshank, founder of Yoga Medicine and with Petra Coveney, founder of Menopause Yoga.

Fatigue Recovery Pathway
Chronic Fatigue / Long Covid
Covid symptoms are mainly respiratory, with fatigue and headaches, and can affect other parts of the body too, including heart, brain and gut (including brain fog). I will apply Chinese Medicine theory to ascertain what is going on for you, and how you are feeling mentally and emotionally. I'll design a bespoke recovery plan, comprising restorative yoga practices, healing breathwork, emotional support, lifestyle advice and mindfulness. It's time to get back on track.

Weight Loss Pathway
This pathway/programme optimises health as well as body image by tapping the hidden strength of the mind. We learn a whole new way to lose weight without counting calories or measuring exercise output, and learn to listen to what the body needs.
I help you to explore what's weighing you down physically, emotionally and mentally - the mental blocks, thoughts, habits and behaviours that stand in your way - to make it easier to think more clearly, make better choices and maximise metabolism.
This pathway focuses on meditation, journaling, affirmations and insights into new perspectives and habitual patterns, so that you can enjoy a healthy weight for the long term.
