New Retreat!

I have some exciting news! I have teamed up with dietitian-nutritionist, Elisa Gomez de Bonilla, to offer you a Sleep & Nutrition Retreat in Spain for 5 days this coming October. Would you like to relax, unwind and learn how to sleep better? Our new transformative retreat offers the perfect opportunity to do just that.

At our Sleep & Nutrition retreat, you can expect to disconnect from the outside world and focus on your sleep and well-being. We will guide you through a variety of Yoga for Sleep classes, including yin, restorative, nidra and energising wake-up yoga. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in meditation and breathing sessions, coastal nature walks, and other wellness activities, such as art and journalling. Our retreat is designed to help you relax, recharge, and gain new insights which will help you to sleep better with ease.

I'm really excited to be joining up with Elisa Gomez de Bonilla, a personal trainer and dietitian-nutritionist, specialising is dis-ease. She will be conducting personal food analysis consultations, sharing information on the relationship between sleep and nutrition, as well as guiding strength and fitness sessions. As a Sleep Recovery Teacher and therapeutic yoga teacher, I have your sleep needs covered with a variety of tools from the wisdom of yoga and sleep science. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, we will provide personalized guidance and support to help you get the most out of your retreat experience.

Group Classes

Early Summer Classes are now OPEN FOR BOOKING. This block runs from 17 April to 26 May 2023. The Wednesday RESTORE class doesn't stop for holidays, so the new block starts next week. Simply scroll down to the class of your choice (Apr/May) and reserve your space. First come first served!

We will be exploring the Wood Element, linked to Springtime. The associated organs and their energy channels are the Liver and Gallbladder; we will focus on side body movement to shift excess emotions such as frustration. This Element also governs the tendons, ligaments and muscles; it's a good time to stretch out after Winter's hibernation. The movement is upward and outward, mirroring the growth in nature.

Listening to The Menopause and Cancer Podcast, The Happy Pear Podcast, and Chris Evans on Virgin Radio (he always has interesting guests, including Deepak Chopra on 29 Mar)

Learning about neuroplasticity in Stronger After Stroke by Peter Levine, and women's sexuality in Come As You Are. Fascinating!
