Service Description

Drawing on the 5 Elements and 8 Principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to build a bigger picture of what's going on for you, and provide a tailored treatment plan that suits your lifestyle and needs. This may include breath work, yoga, mindfulness, massage and more.

Cancellation Policy

Private classes - a fee of £10 will be charged for cancellations on the day. Group classes - please contact me as soon as possible by whatsapp/text message or phonemail, so that I can contact people on the waiting list.
